Washing

From Boxster Tech

~ How to ~

I personally love to do the "Three Bucket Technique" which involves filling up a bucket for washing the car. You then fill up a bucket for just rinsing off the dirt from your wash mitten so none gets back on the car/wheels. And for the final bucket use it for only your wheels, it is better to start off with the wheels then the car so the water has less time to try on your vehicle. If your headlights are a foggy I would suggest using one of the various headlight cleaners out on the market.

~ What to use ~

I personally Love to use Rain-X Wash and Wax with a microfiber mitten to wash the car. Then I use a microfiber brush for the wheels so you don't scratch them using a bristle brush. To make sure your car does not spot up I suggest using a high-end shammy to completely dry the car. The best headlight cleaners I have personally used works wonders on headlights, Crystal View Headlight restorer/defogger, which can be found at any autozone store. Simply follow the easy directions and watch as your headlights become good as new. If you want your tires to shine like a show car I suggest using Black Magic's Titanium Tire Wet Spray. It will leave a midly lasting shine and hide any scuff marks your tire may have.
