I found that the red clip doesn't work for 987 Boxsters. The inside finger doesn't reach in far enough to touch the switch.

I worked around this by making by own "gray clip." This is a piece of PVC that I bent with a heat gun to snap in place just like the red clip. And since I have a gray interior, it even matches well!
